Especially if a palette came back badly — that is the kind of report that improves the tool.

Useful things to include

  • What you expected and what you got.
  • The image, if you are able to share it. It is the only way to reproduce an extraction bug.
  • Your browser and whether you were on a phone.
  • The palette size you asked for.

Before you write

A few things that look like bugs usually are not, and the FAQ covers them: a colour that is not visibly in your image is normally the average of an edge, and near-identical swatches usually mean the palette is set too large for the image. How it works explains what the tool is actually doing, which sometimes answers the question on its own.

Where to send it

This deployment does not have a contact address wired up yet. If you are running Palettae yourself, put yours here — a real address that a person reads is worth more than a form nobody checks.
